    Hard to say as I started vac-hanging after about just a month of extending. Because of that, most of the gains are from hanging. Pumping probably helped with girth.

      I've recently measured another 1/8" in BPEL growth (from 7 1/2 to 7 5/8). This one took a very long time! Complete growth chart attached.

            Wow. So most of your progress for girth was up front? I've been taking a long time to get .2 to .3.... Over a year. And even then, I need 100% EQ to maintain it.

            Great stuff man! Keep up the good work and keep us posted =)

              Yeah, not sure why that happened. I was pumping as well as extending at first. I think that both contributed to the girth growth. I haven't pumped (or at least not at such insanely high vacuum levels) since then, which is probably why the girth growth stopped. Incidentally, that uncontrolled pumping caused some unsightly asymmetric growth as well as an injury that slowed me down over the succeeding two years so I don't recommend it. Slow and steady!

                I do fulcrums with tension provided by the PF. I have to do this rather than straight hanging because of injuries. My glans can't handle too much vacuum anymore :-(.

                  Hello DataWonk, thank you for your well-detailed post. I'm interested to know if you hang sitting or standing. At 4 hours, I'm sure you sit. If so, do you sit at the edge of a seat and hang SD?

                    Hi Zyxciz - I hang sitting down. At first I did sit at the edge and leaned back so as to use the BTC angle that has been recommended elsewhere. But I can't handle that much weight anymore so I am using fulcrums and sitting normally at the back of the chair. A picture of my PF setup is attached. I have been using the same PF for 2 1/2 years!                       I guess enlargement of any kind is a bit like that Shampoo Commercial I've seen on TV where they say "it won't happen overnight, but it will happen"

                      I've been a pumper for years, both with a Bathmate, and also using other cylinders with an electric vacuum pump.
                      Jelqs have also been a big part of my routine.

                      There is something else that I do and that's to do lots of lower abdominal and other exercises to keep my groin as flat and tight as it can be.
                      That seems to keep my penis protrude as far out of the body as possible.
                      Some of my friends complain about how short their cocks are, but when I use a forefinger and thumb of each hand and push back all their flabby tissue their cocks stand out a further 2 inches and sometime more. So while I'm all for Jelgs and pumping don't forget that sometimes a lot of your cocks length can be hidden inside your body flab.
                      And remember the flatter your tummy, the harder and stronger your erections can be.

                        Thanks for that picture. Funny though because you stated that you used barbells but I'm pretty sure that's a dumbbell . Anyway, I ordered barbells, they might swing less but I'm sure they'll do the trick.

                            You're putting too much thought into the knot, Zyxciz. It doesn't really matter. I recommend two knots to you, and those mostly because they are extremely easy to untie but are good under tension. Just get some fishing line or literally anything that will stay in the ridge and tie whatever knot. It could be how you tie your shoes

                              Hey Ray, I think you're right. I need to purchase another fishline because my steel fishline is not pliable enough to be tied into a knot.
