Hi all
About me, mid 30's Australian guy on a break from a relationship looking to fitness and PE to help get the confidence back
Starting stats are (metric):
BPEL = 15
NBPEL = 12.5
EG = 12.5
FL = 7 (NBP)
FG = 10
BMML = 15
Body weight = 87.5kg
BMML = bathmate maximum length.
I'm about 10kg above my ideal weight, so there's a fat pad to lose, and being unfit, my circulation / EQ could probably be improved. Therefore in conjunction with PE I am starting gym and making health-conscious dietary choices. In particular I am cutting right back on beer - have been drinking far too much recently which also contributed to weight gain and EQ issues (be it physical or psychologically)
Routine is manual stretches followed by bathmate, including bathmate power stretches - these I can really feel working the ligaments. After 2 weeks "pre-conditioning" I will now enter the bathmate erect when possible as it saves on pumping time required prior to power stretches. I will also soon receive my andro extender and incorporate that into my routine
My goals are aggressive however what I've read is that newbies seem to gain the fastest.
Short term goals (5 weeks)
BPEL 17
EG 14
BMML 17
Body weight 84kg
Long term goals (6 months)
NBPEL 18+
EG 15+
FL 10+
BMML 20
Body weight 78-80kg
Upon reaching my long term goals I plan to go into some kind of "maintenance mode" to make sure gains don't get lost, though I've no desire to get bigger than 7"
The reason for the short term goals is seeing the former partner in February and wanting her to be pleased with the improvements.
Anyways feedback on whether these are realistic goals is welcome otherwise back to work !!
