  • My Quest for the Holy 8x6

    Well here we go! I need to buy a ruler.. haha can't seem to find one in the house. When I do I will get my exact measurements up but I wanted to start today anyway. I have known and tried PE in the past and just never stuck with it. This time I am determined to reach my goals! I keep coming back so why leave?

    I am starting with the JP90 but not going full reps yet.

    Today was actually my second session following yesterday and here is my routine:

    5-10 min warm up in the shower with wash cloth wrapped around unit while hot water poured on

    Stretches with 25 kegels in 5 directions

    10 circle stretches clock and counter clockwise after each direction for total of 50 each way

    15 mins jelq
    10 mins v jelq

    My erection level varied between 20 -80%. Tried my best to keep it between 50-80%
    each stroke was for 5 seconds

    5-10 min massage warm down in front of my space heater (felt good!)


    I do have some questions for the pros here:


    1. Is your jelqing grip palm up or palm down?
    2. On both the regular and the V jelqs my sack kept getting in the way. I had to kind of tuck it back and sit on it to keep it from interfering. Anyone else have this problem?
    3. I used baby oil with aloe and it worked great but would love to hear what others use here.
    4. Was getting a little pre cum coming out during jelqing is that normal?


    How does this routine look??

    Good luck! Keep updating your progress thread and be patient and careful.

    I alternate between grips on the jelqs-- whatever feels comfortable at the time.

        Welcome back!

        Palm to the side.

        I grip right before the turkey neck, slide down my skin tube deep in the base, then start my jelq.

        I dry jelq.

          So for an update on PI's..

          I seemed to have turtled a little bit post workout and then well I got laid haha. It was about 2 hours after I finished my session. No problem getting aroused at all. I did come pretty fast though. I guess maybe the workout had me ready to go?

          Woke up a couple times throughout the night semi erect to erect. This morning had a decent flaccid hang.

          Gonna get to the measurements today.

            Alright back for an update. Today was my 3rd workout after taking yesterday off. I have had all neutral and positive PI's so far!

            Nothing workout wise changed.

            I have been having a bit of trouble maintaining that 70% erection during jelqing. I can get it there but its tough to maintain so it's been fluctuating from I would say 20-30% up to at the max 80%. The majority of jelqs are probably around the 50 mark.

            I think my excessive porn watching could possibly be why but I have no idea. Its day 5 with no porn so I'm working on that.

            With my V jelqs it seems that my erection level maintains better. The angle of them seems to keep the blood in there and the glans stays engorged and firm.

            I'm sure that I will get better with this as time goes on. I don't want to have to use pics or pornography I want to keep using my brain to keep myself hard.

            Any suggestions or advice is always welcome!

              Hey there bro....I too have an ultimate goal of 8×6! With my present measurements it will probably take me a few years but I'm definately committed. Maybe we can push each other towards the Holy grail....

                I had a great full flaccid hang post workout last night and well after my workout it remained. My concern is that I haven't woken up with morning wood. Should I take a day off?

                  Well despite no morning wood I've had positive PI's so I decided to stay on schedule and do my routine tonight.

                  Nothing has changed.. still sticking to the exact same routine. I'll be damned if I can maintain a consistent erection during my jelqing though. Still fluctuating. If it gets too low I stop and get him goin again.

                  A little pre cum comes out mainly during my v jelqs. Seems normal right?

                  I'm still doing a warm down but I've seen some guys prefer a cool down instead. I like keeping my unit full and warm post workout but if anyone has insight on the cool down I'll take it!

                  Did about 100-200 kegels all told today.. And also getting the hang of reverse kegels. I do them whenever I think of it. Mostly while watching tv tonight I will do reverse. The regular kegels are much easier but I want to keep the reverses going. From what I've read on here its important to keep them balanced.

                      I think 8x6 is a very satisfying size...it may be stupid and unimportant to the majority but having reached it I value the accomplishment ...

                          I've got the same goal of 8x6. I started JP90 last Monday so I'm on my 8th workout day. So far all I've had were positive PIs and neutral PIs. Flaccid hang is way better and EQ. As of now I'm not currently doing the Vjelqs. I'm trying to get my wet jelq technique down. My strokes aren't exactly 5 seconds each time and my erection level fluctuates a bit as well during jelqs. I'm working towards 100 quality jelqs per hand within a 10-15 min time frame before adding more work. The only time I currently kegel is during the initial stretching, and I go for 50 kegels with a 3 second hold at the end of my workout before warm down. Every now and then throughout the day I do some quick kegels. After my first month I think I'll go a little more advanced with the kegels and reverse kegels. But I can tell my unit isn't up for my kegels yet. Anyways good luck on your journey, I'm here rooting for ya!

                            That's great man! I've been kegeling as much as I can throughout each day. As long as the muscle doesn't feel fatigued I'm gonna get em in!

                              Just did a little 10 minute edge and came. I needed to get one out as I haven't come since I got laid Saturday night. I'm doing my best to kick my porn addiction.. I looked at a couple pics that a girl sent me but she had undies on haha. I'm having a bit of trouble keeping my guy up and I think its a direct relation to me always going to porn to jerk off. This is just another part of my journey here.
