Ahoy! Welcome to this here Pirate's log. I be 50 and I don't start at the beginning but I will give you a little background. I am currently taking a break after 8 months. I bought Aaron's book last spring and began PE in June 2009 with the 5 Week Beginner's Routine. I experienced good progress but those gains tapered off and eventually stopped. So I am taking a break and my plan is to resume with JP's 90 Day Routine.
My goals are:
EQ of 9+ (Gator has begun an excellent thread on standardizing EQ measurement that I am using as a guide.)
MMO (To date, I have experienced 2 DOs)
BPEL: 7.5"
EG: 5.5"
I have at least one more week of break left and plan to measure my current statistics sometime next week.

probably better starting off with the begginer routine after that amount of time off will give the shock start again and hopfully plus!! good luck my friend
