  • Making 8"

First post and little introducing also.
I am 25 years old guy in Finland and finally decide to do something to my penis.
Right now I am 5,3" and I haven't set any middle goals. I am aiming straight to final goal which I know that it sounds crazy. :P

    JP90
    Started 15.01.2016
15.1 Took about two and half hours to do routine not sure if I am doing it right.
16.1 Routine took about one and half hour. Not sure if I am doing basic stretch right.
    17.1 Miss it.
    18.1 Miss it.
19.1 Started it but have to cancel it because have to go receive some mails. Maybe doing it in the evening.

Edit: Little difference regarding JP90 is that I have done +20min warm up.

Welcome AbiggerJ! Have you seen the thread in the "Start here" button at the top left? Esepecially the one on Physiological Indicators (or PIs) which are critical for staying safe and knowing if your routine is working. For the first 90 days you are conditioning your penis, so its a good idea to go gentle and start reps low with a slow increase.

There are several videos on each exercise and a search through the forum will turn up threads by other men learning how to do them. If you have questions ask.

      Welcome aboard!

Feelsgood has given you some great advice to get you started. There is a lot of information here so do plenty of reading. 2 and 1/2 hours to start off with is a bit much for a beginner. If you start to see negative PIs like poor EQ then you are overworking it. Also, there is no need or added benefit to warming up for 20 minutes, 10 minutes is all you need.

Good luck and always PE safely.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

        Welcome friend!

The real benefit of PE is to perform it often according to your schedule. It is better to do a little according to your schedule rather than none at all. I know that it is hard to balance real life and PE for the best of people. We all have pressures and intrusions.

However, if you set your mind to become like steel, be patient and encouraging in your growth and not forceful and with a sense of desperation, you can apply yourself to achieve great things. The main thing about PE is that it is largely a long term pursuit or dare I say it...I part of daily life.

Follow the JP90, take your rest days when needed and always visualise the day that you will have what you want from this pursuit. Best of luck to you friend and stay warm up there.

(Strange as I was just looking at my WWII Findland Home Defence Medal...the circular one with the broken sword in the middle).
