      Day11 (Rest)

      Yesterday took rest ... As a precautionary measure as I experienced pain while jelqing on day 10

      Masterbated early morning

      Consumed Zinc50 mg tablet @afternoon

        Day 12 :

        Had a great great PE session today
        Prolly best session so far

        Nearly 100 mins session

        Warmup : 7 mins

        Stretching :

        Straight out , up , down , left , right (each stretch more than one minute ) × 2

        During 1st set did 40 kegels each stretch ... So a total of 40×5 -- 200 kegels today

        Circle stretches :

        Left : 10
        Right : 10

        Helicopter Shakes :

        3× 20 sec shakes in between PE

        Jelqing :

        Todayzz jelqing session is Super good

        150 wet jelqs @ one go .. Then
        90 v jelqs

        Ending : edged for nearly 20 minutes ... Cummed during my 3rd PONR .... And I cummed a lotttt

        WarmDown : 7minutes

        Notes :

        I can definitely say that my penis size increased a bit ... During edging I observed that ... My Foreskin is at least 1/4th inch behind my glans If not more ... Which is not the case earlier ... I can also feel my increased girth While masturbating ... Due to increased EQ ??? Donno !!! But I am happy :-)

        And no pain today even though it is the most intense PE session so far !!!
