So based on numerous posts about the difficulty of gaining length after having worked girth, I decided to begin my PE journey concentrating on length with hanging.
The decision to hang wasn't made until day three of my PE routine as a result of the ongoing research I was doing at the time, so I only have 1 day of hanging to report. Today is my off day.
During my 3 on 1 off routine I will be using a homemade hanging device modeled on the Length Master. I'll post a photo of it in my album here shortly.
My goal was to start off with the BTC position, but as you can imagine my suspensory ligaments and skin were pretty stiff, so I had to begin my first 20 minute set in the SD position.
As I progressed through 4 sets I was able to slide into the BTC position, but it was slow going as I did not want to injure myself. During this process, I attempted to maintain the slight burning sensation you get when doing any sort of stretching of the body. If it started to fade, then that I was my queue to slide a bit further until finally I hit BTC.
I started off with a pretty low weight of approximately 4.15 pounds and maintained this weight through all four sets.
All and all not a bad session, just some residual soreness of the skin along the top of my unit near the base, but no discoloration.
Oddly enough, I measured in at 6.75" BPEL and 6.75" BPFSL shortly after the session. Its been 24 hours since then and my BPEL has dropped back down to 6.5", but my BPFSL is still at 6.75". Not sure what to make of it at this point.
That's all for now. Ill keep you posted!
