jelq free routine
Warm up hot towel 5 mins
Squeezes 60 (6 x 10 reps)
Side to side alt hand 400 (4 x 100 reps)
Kegels 40 (4 x 10 reps)
Warm down hot towel 5 mins
Time flies. Into my fourth week now. Hit the gym and did my PE after. Feeling good and looking good today, nicely bigger after without shrinkage. I think I should measure this week.
