  • Getting started with PE

Today is the day i am getting started with my effforts to increase what we all want :P. So after introducing myself, getting some guidance, reading, I am (as many newbies -or not- do) inclined to start with following JP90 as long as with some secondary help from a penis extender I bought years ago and never actually used at all. Just for small amounts of time at start, I hope its not too much if I use it say 1-2 hours a day for starters. Its just that by knowing i have to use it, i know it will help me stay motivated until the first results come.

    Starting stats
    BPEL 17cm (6,69in)
    EG 13,5cm (5,3in)
    BPFSL 18,5cm (7,3in)

    Goals
    BPEL 20cm (7,9in)
    EG 15cm (5,9in)

I dont think my goals are extreme, I am happy with what I already have but could use more (thats for sure :P ) According to the TCG Theory I should focus mainly on girth exercises but being a starter I think i must prepare my penis for future routines, whatever they may be. Am I right about that? Any comments and guidance are more than welcome

    So questions:
    1) Penis extender, yay or nay for starters? If yes does the angle play any role, i mean it surely is easier to just stretch my penis upwards 12 o clock or downwards at 6 instead of straight ahead 3 o clock. But is it any good?
    2) That correlation betwween Bpel and Bpfsl is in my mind, i hope I am thinking correctly for starting. Thaks in advance, hope everyone gains what they need. :*

    Hey Lengthseeker!

    Welcome to the Gym.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Continue with the JP 90 for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Light use of your extender is ok while you condition your dick with the JP90. However, after you have conditioned your dick you can start on a more aggressive extender routine.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely.

Ok thanks for the info! I follow the instructions as you said and by watching the videos, slowly getting a hang of it. Question. Can i jelq and do the helicopter shakes and all the exercises in general, lying down? I mean why do I read here and there, standing etc? Even if its wrong, is it....SO wrong to not do it at all lying down? Its much easier for me to PE in my bed at night. I am relaxed and focused....

Also is it a common thing to not being able to control the erection level? All my life I considered this an advantage, I get erected in a matter of seconds when....needed . But if i dont masturbate before, its EXTREMELY difficult to not get a full erection. Wearing the extender seems impossible. I think about it for two seconds and i feel pressure at the cockhead thats tightened to the extender and I am like "Monkeys, think about monkeys, think about something disgusting quicklyyyy".

You are probably ok doing the exercises in bed. I prefer to do them standing.

For the first few weeks, you may find that you spend the vast majority of your time waiting for your erection level to drop into the target range for a particular exercise. Don't worry, kind of like learning to slow your heart rate, with practice you will get better at staying at your target level.
