Hey Gyrta, only just seen that you've stopped hanging and are back manual, I think there's still gains to be made for you with manual stretches.
The tracking of bpfsl sounds like a good idea to me. I know you're a member over at thunder's and there's a thread over there called something like 'steady sustainable lengthening', that works on something similar and if you haven't read it yet then check it out.
Your routines say '30 minutes of stretches in various directions', but are they just basic stretches? Or are you bundling? V's? A's? Double fulcrums? Etc... Just curious.

Hey, I do fulcrums, btc and regular stretches.
I've read the thread, although it may seem close to what I do I think that cervixhunter has another approach.
He want to build up stretches until he reaches his bpfsl. I measure bpfsl after the session to measure how good the session was. I don't have the same control over the force as cervixhunters method.
I dont know what to do...
I'm doing the pe excersises, but it seems i'm going to gain much in girth but in lenght, i dont see any change...
How much you've gained in lenght?
What kind of excersise should i do for gaining in lenght faster?
