            • Going to start hanging and stretching. I seem to get erect when stretching and I seem to attach the bib much better.

                  Yes, it's a little annoying. But at least I seem to get a great attachment with the hanger which I didn't used to get before (and the reason for me quitting hanging).
                  I'll probably hang seriously until the summer. No gains and I'll don't bother working on length. I seem have to much easier gaining girth.
                  I've increased my jealqs and squeezes lately and even if I haven't measured my girth erect, I almost pull of 6" of girth with a 50% erection.

                        What are you bone-pressed? I noticed that you list your nbp at 7 inches, and your bpfsl at around 8, sometimes a bit more.

                          That's what I will measure tomorrow. And this time I'll try to be consistent with the BPEL.
                          Last time I screwed up the measuring with wrong angles etc.

                            There don't seem to be any gains, maybe very very subtle.
                            I started 16/11 with the stretching-routine, it's 20/2 today. So that's 3 months PE with no gains.

                            Now that i've managed to attach the hanger correct I'll only hang. It used to slip and stay on the head before.
                            Let's hang the shit of that phat thing! I only need 0.25" more length that I can settle for girth. Come bib, do it!

                            • Sorry about the lack of gains gyrta, but hopefully with improved wrapping the bib will work well for you now!

                              What schedule will be using? Also what starting weight and how many sets? Sorry for all the questions

                                No, it's good for the newbies reading the thread! I was planning to post a schedule later today but I'll do it now.

                                Length:
                                Hanger: Bib starter (padding removed = HCversion)
                                Starting weight: 3 pounds.
                                Increase/week: 1 pound.
                                Sets: 4x20min sets per day.
                                Days/week: 7 days per week.
                                Angles: BTC/Straight down.

                                Girth:
                                Amount jelqs: 100 jelqs
                                Days/week: 4-5 days per week.
                                Amount kegal-squeezes: 2*30 sec
                                Days/week: 2-3 days per week.
