Hey gyrta, I don't know for sure but I do think I have gained on my current pump routine. I wasn't gaining for a while with just pumping, but I've added 10-15 minutes of stretching AFTER each pump session and I think that is what is doing the trick. If nothing else my flaccid has been hanging long and thick, as opposed to the normal just "thick" hang that I would get after pumping.
I have been doing 5 mins pump at 5hg, followed by 100 jelqs. I do this 5 times and then one extra set of pumping for 30 mins pumping and 500 jelqs. Then it is off to a hot shower to get the lube off my dick and warm back up, followed by 10 mins stretching.
EQ is just okay. It is not through the roof and I do not get random erections without stimulation throughout the day. However, this has never really been the case for me so I don't consider this bad or good.
My dick hangs well throughout the day though so I consider that to be a positive.
