I'm thinking when to start working on my girth. If I only should jelq until I reach 7.5NBP or I I should slowly incorporate more advanced girth routine like uli's and squeezes next month.

I was supposed to my stretching first but waming up with my IR got me erect so I had to ejaculate.
I'll have to wait 30 min before doing my stretching now..
So i did the jelqing with a new technique; I grip with the second hand when the first one is halfway. I used to grip with the other hand as a loosed the grip with the first one.
The "new" way give me more blood to work with. I expand much more when jelqing.
But as this was the first time I did this I had to pay attention to do it right and my erection sucked.
Also did som uli's and horse-squeezes. They are intense and nice.
Sup Gyrta.... I try to kegel in between jelq strokes to engorge the penis as much as possible and to compensate for any blood that has traveled out of the penis. You could try this instead of the grip idea? Besides, kegeling is good for you
Hi PES, I do penis raises which is the same as kegel.
I tried to do that before, kegeling between the jelqs, but it isn't as effective as the way I did today.
I get a lot more blood to play with doing this way, either way it's the correct way to jelq. (Griping with the second hand before releasing the first one)
