    I bought some Ginkgo Biloba two days ago--whew! It's made my EQ so good I can barely do stretches because the move from flaccid > erect seems so little now. I'm sitting here with a blood red jelq cock, satisfied with my routine today. Rotary cranks were difficult because I'm getting erections too easily, and I blame gingko again for that, because I was fine before. I never thought stretching could become so hard... quite literally. EIther way, another day of PE under my belt, quite literally that as well.

      I literally scorched my penis today (in a good way), gradually raising the temperature while in the shower and focusing the secondary shower head rotating around the sides of my cock. It felt amazing, my stretches were AMAZING, and my jelqs were great!

      I've retaken back V-jelqs and now am infatuated with them, as I've realized the rhythm of doing them properly. The problem for me was that jelqing on the right side with the left, and vice-verse was very awkward. In this awkwardness, I realized the key to balancing repetitions was to switch my penis over to the other hand after the initial hand had jelqed the penis on it's own side. Ex. Starting with right hand (RH). RH-right LH-mid RH-left LH-mid RH-right (switch penis over, skipping middle) LH-left RH-mid LH-right RH-mid LH-left (SWITCH) etc, etc, etc. Worked for me perfect. I've also started timing my jelqs through estimation (length of jelq X reps = time) and using my mind not to boggle myself with three digit numbers, but to focus on the quality and length of each jelq--much more rewarding!

        Another great day of PE. I'm bigger, much bigger. My BPEL was 7.375" after my session today. I didn't measure girth, it managed to be too difficult. But I am progressing, and I'm happy. It'll be hard to sit through my rest day, I'm too into this. Just to clarify my "minutes" of jelqing is the following:

        6 1/2 mins wet jelq
        3 mins V Jelq
        6 1/2 mins wet jelq
        3 mins V Jelq
        6 1/2 mins wet jelq
        3 mins V Jelq

        19.5 wet
        9 v jelq
        28.5 total mins of jelqing

        I will be following these times instead of reps from now on.

          I took two rest days, because on the day I was intending to do a workout, I felt sore when I masturbated. So I took a rest. Here I am today.

          BPFSL = 7.315

          Routine went nice and smooth. Nice stretches, except the kegels were offsetting. Good jelqing, making progress. I will measure tomorrow to see the results of my first month of PE.

            Today is my first month of PE! So to celebrate I've got some new measurements:
            BPFSL:6.69" + 0.625"! Almost 3/4 of an inch!
            BPEL:7.12" + 0.19"! Almost 1/4 of an inch!
            EG:5.06" + 0.12"! A solid 1/8 of an inch!

            BPFSL:7.31" BPEL:7.31" EG:5.18"

            I did my routine today, enjoying it but then got interrupted by someone coming home and ushering me to go somewhere.. Oh well, I only got 1/2 way through my jelqing. I'll leave it to tomorrow.

                I took another day off yesterday! My obvious method for gaining: giving time to recuperate! I wasn't really feelin' it yesterday anyways.

                So today I did a girth measurement and I'm up to 5 and 1/4"! Ha! Success, day by day. I'll update my signature probably tomorrow after I test if I got an improved BPEL.

                I edged a bit, then hopped in for a warmup. My BPFSL looked nearly 7 1/2", but I didn't care to record because I wanted to get into my session! Some nice stretches and some intimate jelqs later, a good hour spent to bettering myself. Looking towards tomorrow, enjoying the present. Life is good.

                    More days off, just recovered completely. I'll jump into my routine tomorrow. My penis and my brain is overeager thinking I should PE or I might lose or suspend gains... but it's wrong. My penis is growing more and more! It's ridiculous, I haven't even been working out. I guess that means PE doesn't always need a direct and constant stimulus. That means when I jump back on the penis wagon I'm heading straight for greater gains, too . I'll measure up and do my routine tomorrow afternoon.

                        Ugh! I got interrupted after my first set of wet jelqs and v jelqs. Good long warm up, went to waste, I just warmed down... I'll be back later for more, I'm not letting this interference make me lazy!
