Hey guys! How's it going? I've had the book for a long time (exercising the penis) for a while now. I just started to get serious about it though. I'm doing just the typical beginners routine. I do have one concern, I'm about 3 weeks in and still nothing. I do PE every other day, and the day following a routine I can deff tell I worked it out the day before. I think I might be over training, but I use to masturbate, a lot. A few times a day, so I figured my penis should at least be able to handle every other day. Should I go to every day? I have just about given up masturbation so it won't hinder my gains. I'm down to only a few times a week and would like to give it up for good!
