  • JP90 completed and able to document progress

I finished up JP90 while the site was down and waited several days to even take measurements after completion. I was consistent and only missed 1 session the entire program on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
Started PE in 2012 with wet jelks 3 sets of 30 reps and stretching 30 seconds in all directions x 2.I did this routine 5 days on, 2 off pretty consistently with only a few week long breaks.
When I read about the JP90 routine it seemed like the perfect progression to what I had been doing so I started in Jan and finished up a week or so ago.

    Aug 2012: BPEL: 6.25", BPSFL: 6.75, MEG: 5.25
    Jan 2016 (start of JP90): BPEL: 6.75, BPSFL: 6.75, MEG: 5 3/8
    4/16/16 BPEL: 7.0, BPSFL: 7. 7/16, MEG:5.5

Obviously I'm a slow gainer but it's progress nonetheless. I've always believed the human body will adapt to any healthy stress placed upon it so I've always known the key would be persistence and consistency. My diet is getting better with each passing week and I know this can only help with my PE and fitness goals.
This forum has been great for me even though I mostly lurke and post very little. If my slow gains encourage one guy to get more consistent then this post was worth it.
I started PE primarily for EQ improvement and it has helped significantly. Now I'm documenting gains and its great motivation to keep up my woodwork. Starting the jelk-free routine next week.

Started the jelq free routine today, 4/25/16 following a week of rest after finishing JP90.
I had concerns that I may not be able to maintain the erection quality needed to complete the reps needed. If my first day is any indication, my concerns are unsubstantiated. Not only was I able to to maintain EQ sufficient to feel tissue expansion with squeezes, but EQ increased as the reps increased.
This was surprising (pleasantly) because being 48, maintaining the EQ I want and the wife loves, is difficult at times.
      So today:
      5 minute warm
      100 total 10 second squeezes
500 total side to side stretches with 20 second helicopter swings after each set of 50 reps.
2 reps of fulcrum stretches @ 30 second hold each.
4 reps of bundled LAS stretches (2 to each to left and right).
      5 minute warm down.

I won'd post every workout because I'm still having long wait times (sometimes) to be able to get on the pegym. I'm consistent with my efforts using PE.
My plan is to continue as above 3 days per week adding approx 10 squeezes and 50 S2S stretches each workout depending on PIs.
Does this increase each workout seem appropriate?
I was so hard after all the squeezes today that my BPEL measured 7 3/8 and MEG was up to 5 3/4 which is significantly more than measurements posted above but the EQ was so good I had to take new measurements because EQ was not as good when I took those measurements after completing JP90.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions, advice.

        4/27/16
25 erect squeezes in am @ 10 second each
25 erect squeezes in pm @ 10 seconds each
BigAl suggested I try more intensive stretches than S2S due to my experience level. Glad to hear this form BigAl as didn't feel the S2S stretches were nearly as intense as the stretches I did on JP90 program.
So back to JP90 type stretches: All 4 directions with 25 kegels, then to straight out stretch with 15 keegels. Each directional stretch followed by circles and 10 second helis. All 4 directions again bundled the second time around.
2 lean back stretches @ 30 second hold
        2 fulcrum stretches@ 30 second hold.
        Hot shower warm down.
Work out went good but not used to stretching after girth work. I always stretched first then did jelqs on JP90.
Flaccid hang good the following day but not as good the day after day one of jelq free routine.
Good but not great morning wood the day after this workout.

        4/29/16:
75 erect squeezes @ 10 seconds each. Passed PONR and spilled some on last squeeze, lol
4 direction stretches as on 4/27 but not a second round bundled
2 fulcrum stretches @30 sec each
        4 bundled LAS x 10 minutes each
        Hot shower warm down
great flaccid after workout. Awakened twice that night by erections with incredible EQ and again with morning wood very surprising considering spillage after last squeeze.
Not the first time to experience very good EQ after bundled LAS but also applied magnesium oil to shaft before bed.
Finding it more difficult than I thought to not stretch or jelq on "off" days.

          5/1/16
          5 minute warm up
          75 erect squeezes x 5 seconds each.
Stretch all directions with 25 kegels and straight out immediately after each direction with 15 more kegels and 10 circles after each direciton as well as 10 sec helis after each direction
Second round of stretches bundled with light kegels as on round 1.
2 sit back stetches x 30 seconds each
          2 fulcrum stretches x 30 seconds each.
2 LAS bundled stretches x10 minutes each.
          Hot shower warm down
          Good flaccid hang after
Good morning wood the next am

          5/3/16
Same routine as 5/1 but 85 squeezes @ 5 seconds each
          Same stretches as 5/1
Flaccid good after. Morning wood good but not as good as after 5/1

          5/5
Same as previous 2 workouts this week but 95 erect squeezes
          Same stretches as above.
PIs about the same as previous 2 sessions this week.

          5/9/16
          5 minute warm up
100 erect squezes with very good EQ throughout. EQ so good that this felt like an edging session the entire workout but no happy ending like with an edging session.
Stretches as noted for last week. Being gentle with the bundled fulcrums but I can really feel those well.
Excellent flaccid after work out and all day up to time of this post.
Finally feel like I'm settling into this new jelq free routine. EQ at finish of squeezes is what I wanted out of PE to begin with so if gains don't happen, so be it. But I see no way that gains won't happen as long as I'm consistent in this routine.
Had the blue balls all day after this workout as well.

            5/11/16, 5/13/16,
Week 3 of the jelq free routine started 5/9/16.
Not going to keep typing the same thing over and over as the only thing changing is that I'm adding 10 reps of erect squeezes each week moving forward.
Mondays are always good sessions for me and EQ during Monday sessions are excellent and flaccid after is really good as well.
Friday sessions seem to go well also while I seem to kind of go through the motions on Wednesdays but still putting in the time and effort just like the other days.
Staying consistent getting in the reps on erect squeezes continues to feel a lot like edging to maintain the EQ I want with the squeezes.
I have done squeezes before stretches and vice versa. Getting to where that doesn't seem to really matter in terms of EQ with squeezes. Really feeling the tissue expansion with squeezes.

Oh yea, if someone reading this can tell me how to change the title of this thread that would be great, lol. Didn't really start this thread to be the log of domnus but that's what it has turned into nonetheless.

                Week 4 jelq free routine
                5/16, 5/18, 5/20/16
Best week so far in this routine.
All 3 sessions were very good. No neg PIs.
5/18 was the best Wed session I've had since starting this routine.
Since changing from 10 sec squeezes to 5 seconds starting week 3, it has cut down on time to get the squeezes done. With 10 second squeezes I was spending too much time every 5-10 reps building the EQ back to where I felt is should be for the squeezes. With only 5 second squeezes I find I'm able to keep the EQ higher which allows me to spend less time building EQ back up.
I haven't taken measurements since starting this routine, but I feel like good things are happening. The wife's response is more important than the ruler's. She has had some girly bit issues so we haven't been intimate in several weeks. Soon I will blindfold her, attack her with sensation play until she begs me fuck her and then I will see the true measure of success. Then she will beg me to let her cum and she will wait impatiently until I allow it, then she will beg for me to let her stop cumming. I'm sooo looking forward to having my way with her.

                  Week 5 jelk free routine.
Sticking tight to a Mon, Wed, Fri schedule.
Morning wood is consistently incredible all week.
Routine has remained 5 minute warm up
Sometimes its more convenient to stretch first. Some days its more convenient to do the squeezes first. If I stretch first, I usually have a 15-30 minute break before squeezes.
This week I did 100 squeezes each session x 5 seconds each

Stretches are the JP90 stretches with kegels all directions, then repeat all directions bundled. 10 second helis between each.

Then I do 30 second fulcrum stretches x 2 reps, then 2 reps fulcrums bundled x 30 seconds.
Then I do what I call one hand fulcrums left/right, up to left/up to right then repeat these bundled x 30 seconds each.
This week I did about 60 minutes total of LAS bundled stretches on Thursday (I know it's supposed to be an off day but PIs were telling me the unit was ready for more.) And I still had awesome morning wood on Friday am.

The wifey is feeling better and has taken advantage of the morning wood 2 of the last 3 mornings. If she rubs that morning wood long enough, it tends to put her in the mood so this gives me the opportunity to practice control which is not easy early in the morning. I haven't drained the fluids at least twice a week like I should as I have waited for her problems to subside so when I came in her she said she felt me explode in her. Domnus is well sated for now.

                    Week 6 jelq free routine
                    5/30, 5/31,6/1 and 6/3
                    120 squeezes x 5 seconds each on 5/30,6/1 and 6/3
Squeezes only on 5/30 due to time constraints.
                    Stretches only on 6/1/16.
Started noticing some aching between navel and pubic bone this week and not sure what is up with that. Has not affected positive PIs this week so not sure if this is PE related or something entirely different. I've been stretching harder but nothing approaching painful.

                      Week 7 jelq free routine
6/6/16 this was the only day I performed a session. No negative PIs but the aching noted in above post has not gone away.
I 've decided to take a break from PE which is frustrating because I felt like I was in the middle of a growth period. Oh well, I guess thats how it goes. Not even sure if the aching in my lower abdomen is PE related or not but I guess the only way to find out is to stop PE for now. I'll give it 2 wks rest and see if this sensation resolves. If not, then this must be some type of intestinal issue or something.
This has been very difficult to figure out because nothing seems to affect this mild discomfort I'm having. I'm an avid runner and running doesn't seem to affect it.
What I eat has not effect. The only thing that did reproduce the sensation was during a bundled LAS stretch but it didn't reproduce symptoms consistently. Will play it safe and take a break then start back up lightly once symptom free for 2 weeks.
