I finished up JP90 while the site was down and waited several days to even take measurements after completion. I was consistent and only missed 1 session the entire program on a 5 on 2 off schedule.
Started PE in 2012 with wet jelks 3 sets of 30 reps and stretching 30 seconds in all directions x 2.I did this routine 5 days on, 2 off pretty consistently with only a few week long breaks.
When I read about the JP90 routine it seemed like the perfect progression to what I had been doing so I started in Jan and finished up a week or so ago.
Aug 2012: BPEL: 6.25", BPSFL: 6.75, MEG: 5.25
Jan 2016 (start of JP90): BPEL: 6.75, BPSFL: 6.75, MEG: 5 3/8
4/16/16 BPEL: 7.0, BPSFL: 7. 7/16, MEG:5.5
Obviously I'm a slow gainer but it's progress nonetheless. I've always believed the human body will adapt to any healthy stress placed upon it so I've always known the key would be persistence and consistency. My diet is getting better with each passing week and I know this can only help with my PE and fitness goals.
This forum has been great for me even though I mostly lurke and post very little. If my slow gains encourage one guy to get more consistent then this post was worth it.
I started PE primarily for EQ improvement and it has helped significantly. Now I'm documenting gains and its great motivation to keep up my woodwork. Starting the jelk-free routine next week.
