    Hi guys, just want to post up my progress, very happy with it so far but just wondering why do ye think my flacid hasnt improved as much as my erect, heres the details all measurements are bone pressed.
    Doing manual streches and jelqs, just started doing 1-2 30sec uli's

    18/12/09
    3.2 lenght flaccid
    3.5 girth flaccid

    5.9 lenght erect
    4.5 girth erect

    04/01/10
    3.4 lenght flaccid
    4.0 girth flaccid

    6.1 lenght erect
    4.5 girth erect

    13/01/10
    4.0 lenght flaccid
    4.0 girth flaccid

    6.5 lenght erect
    4.5 girth erect

    06/02/10
    4.0 lenght flaccid
    4.0 girth flaccid

    6.8 lenght erect
    4.8 girth erect

    05/03/10
    4.0 lenght flaccid
    4.0 girth flaccid

    7.0 lenght erect
    5.0 girth erect

    I'd be interested to know your opinions

    Hmm..so length gains came a lot easier for you at first, but then you caught up with girth.
    So what gave you the jump in girth gains? Did you increase the number of jelqs?

      no I cut down on jelqs and didnt do them as hard, think I was overtraining on girth for the first while....

        Wow well done you have good an inch in 2 months..is that good ?

        Iv just bought a bathmate a few days ago and using that everyday for 6weeks and see how it goes from there..


        Whats your routine like for jelqs

          I do lots of stretching, worked my way up to 110 jelqs gradually 2 days on 1 day off
          An inch in two months seems excellent but I cant be sure I was measuring propaly the first time I measured dont think I was fully erect so id say I gained more like 3/4 inch which im still delighted with.
