Hello PEGym members,
recently I discovered this site and decided to try out the JP90 Beginner Routine. I would like to keep a progress log here that later on I can read and found out what worked for me. Of course, as a beginner, if you have any advice, please tell me, I would be very grateful for that. And by the way, I am not a native english speaker, so I apologize for my bad english in advance.
Routine:
10 minutes warm up with hot cloth
20 sec. helicopter shakes
Stretching (up, down, left, right, out - hold every position for 20 sec + kegels)

150 Dry Jelqs
90 V Dry Jelqs
+ sometimes edging for 20 - 30 minutes
* Currently I do this in 1+1 (1 day on + 1 day off) scheme because regeneration is important, especially for someone like me (newbie)
Starting measurements:
Age: 19
BPEL: 18.3 cm/7.204 inches
MEG: 14.2 cm/5.59 inches
Goals:
Well, I probably have high expectations but 1cm (0.4 inches) in length and 0.5 cm (0.2 inches) in girth would be great success for me. Also more veins would be great.
Plans:
After completing beginner routine I will probably modify it by adding more reps and maybe even clamping. I really want to try bathmate, but I dont want to rush it.
Supplements:
Zinc 45mg
Magnesium 500mg
B-complex 2 tabs.
* Later on I will add L-Arginine
* When I was doing regular workouts I have used 60mg Zinc, 1000mg Magnesium and 4 tablets of B-complex together with protein powder and my regeneration was amazing.
