It makes me frustradeted. I don't want to have unbalanced pelvic floor muscles and problems from that.I read the threads on the subject but still don't quite get it.
Some things not to do:
WHAT NOT TO DO
- Do not push too hard
- Do not strain yourself
- Do not tense up (abs, thighs, back anything)
- Do not hold your breath
- Do not reverse kegel while doing any exercise that engages your core. (sex being the exception to the rule)
So I need not to tense my abs while breathing not pushing too hard ?
Then there is whole front and back reverse kegels and how to do them.
It's my 16th workout today and what I have noticed that I shoot even bigger loads.
I think I will only measure when I'm done with whole 90 days.
