Getting better with front reverse kegels. Found out the spot I need to stimulate and I'm able to many reps in a chain but having hard time maintaining normal breathing patterns. I'm working on it though

Decided to quit watching Porn and minimize it since it really is a time waste , when I barely have free time after work. I guess it will only give me positive benefits as far as PE goes. Optimal for me would be probably watch porn maybe 1 time in 2 or 3 weeks and rather use fantasies than actual porn.
