So my first week started out a bit ordinary,.....or boring, whatever. So for the first week i did the exercises i jotted down on the papers :
6-7 mins of warm-up
1 min stretching in each direction
10 min jelqing
6-7 mins of warm-down
Yep so i follow this religiously mon, for timing i carried my trusty Samsung dumb phone, for music i had my itouch on WiFi , and for jelqing i had a quarter jar of purlene Vaseline. So when i first began i heated some water in the mc-wave for about 3 mins and after it finished i moved swiftly into my room to begin exercising. So i set up everything and then dipped the cloth in the water and wrapped it around ma peen..........HOLY SHIT, IT BURNS!!!!!!!! I immediately took the hot cloth from around my peen and started a thorough examination that would make any urologist jealous. "Its OK" i said to ma-self. Boy was the water hot, so i took a cupful of water and watered it down a bit to make it more tolerable and dipped the cloth and wrapped again, this time it was still hot but much more tolerable and so i warmed-up ever so keeping an eye on the time. After that i set my timer on ma phone to 1 min and started to stretch, mon was that boring I( , i did notice that when stretching up my hand was slipping a bit, and stretching left to right made ma hands tired, but i carried on anyways. After stretching i took a 1 min break, skipped the song and the set my timer to 10 mins for ma jelqing. After ma break i applied the lube and began jelqing, after the first 20 jelqs i said to myself "holy shit this is even more boring", but... i wanted a bigger peen and was determined so i kept on doing these exercises untill i finished, i warm down by applying cold water from the shower on my unit. I carried out these exercises throughout the rest of my week.

One thing that I don't think gets talked about enough is how we can promote testosterone increases - which can lead to gains - without pills or supplements. Your mind can do that when focused on the certain things. Thinking about a sexually arousing situation, not just watching one, can trigger a hormonal response. Same with visualizing physically stimulating activities, even risky or daring activities. It can be tough at times but I think using that time doing manual work to also let the mind work can be very helpful.
