She has had 3 kids. One natural and two c-section. She does and has kegeled in the past. I don't think it is an everyday thing from our talk. I should ask her if it has always been this way.

Interesting, never heard of this. The cure is the same Kegel exercises both front and back. Maybe they put a name to a week pelvic floor in women?

I kegel twice a day with a machine, it helps greatly to control the spasms.

The "new girl" I have been thoroughly talk to has a concern. I thought it best to put it up for debate. She is sure it will fit just fine, but is worried that it will be too tight. This to me is not a concern at all. But the trial run has yet to happen. And won't for some time.

I believe it is important to know what makes your partner happy and to do that you need to understand fully what makes them tick. I think that is one of the many reasons ZZM and I are so happy - we want to learn all there is about each other and make the other happy.

I know what makes keeps my woman happy and makes her tick. assurance that the phone bill and cable/Wi-Fi bill is paid. That way she can connect with people on facebook she seldom ever sees in the real. All the while ignoring her man.

Yummy - I'll bring my homemade potato salad and some corn on the cob. I only have mango rum so if you want something harder we may have to get the hubby involved.
