I gave my wife a massage today, as I did yesterday and the day before. I don't know how to give a massage so for me, its just fondling my wife for a 1/2 hour. My wife's primary "Love Language" is Acts of Service (Which is funny, itself, because she's always saying, "Oh, you didn't need to do that for me") so I'm always cognizant of little things I can do for her. I'll fold her laundry, give the pups a bath while she's out, simple things like that. Knowing how much she responds to Acts of Service really helps, since we tend to see the world through our own lens, assuming that what's important to us is also important to others.

Last night she returned from a very long and exhausting trip. I'll make her coffee this morning - I do that every weekend, though - make sure that she and the pups have everything they need for the day, and then head out so that she can have the quiet house all to herself to decompress and reenergize.

Today (Saturday) we are going thrifting. Which means we are going to places like Goodwill. You would be amazed at how many outfits still have the original tags still on them. Which means they were purchased at full price and never worn. We go into the dressing room with a full cart and she tries things on. I give her immediate feedback on weather the outfit works for her or not. We will try on 30 different items and maybe come away with 5 but we never pay more than $5 for any item. Virtually her whole wardrobe is stocked with 2nd hand stuff that is barely even worn. Win, win in my book.

The Massage is my go to move. My girl is a teacher so after a long day I’ll make dinner or pick up, make her some tea and give a massage. The little things are important in a relationship and I try my best to clean up and do whatever I can when she away.

Massages are definitely a go-to for me as well. My lady and I have opposing sleep schedules a lot from our gaming that results in me waking up when she is going to bed and her waking up just a while after I went to bed myself.
