I've been dating recently after my ex, and i've had some interesting encounters.

I took a string and cut it to approximate lengths and trial and error guesses


my NBPEL is about 5 inches again

my girth, however, at the midpoint of my erection shaft, i just measured is actually 3.6 fucking inches.

my girth in an erected state is 3.6 inches lol

that is literally the thinnest it can be

so in reality

my penis is (5.0 inches EL, and 3.6 inches EG) , which means that my length is fine, but my dick is really thin, which is sad honestly

So I don't know why people bother with nbpel . So average bpel is arounf the 5.5 in mark some say 5.75 meh you get the idea . Now depending on your fat pad you may be that or more . Get a tailors tape to measure girth and no need too strangle your penis when you measure . So it appears you want to increase girth you are in the right place go to the beginners section choose a routine start a progress log .

I've chatted with some woman online who are really into this kind of thing (size queens, lol) and most of them think NBPEL is not a fair measurement. Their point being that the fat pad is not used during sex, and if woman had to measure you they're not really going to be able to press down into that fat pad to get the correct BPEL. One girl used the example of a man she dated who was 7.5 inches BPEL but overweight, such that his NBPEL was 5 inches and his cock looked similar to mine (based on pics of mine)

So from a penis enlargement point of view BPEL is the standard, but I think from a sexual point of view NBPEL makes more sense.

If you are not useing your bpel during sex you are doing it wrong .
