My theory is to try using a vibrating cock ring for your training. Limiting how long you use a COCK ring depends on which material you use. Rubber and silicone (any elastic like material will need to be limited). The same does not apply for metal or wood rings. We use the cock and ball kind for the Mr. make sure they are fitted/sized properly and you can wear them for hours and are very comfy (they look amazing too).
