I wasn't sure where else to post this so I figured this was the best place. I am wondering if anyone has read the book "No More Mr. Nice Guy", and if it's worth the read or not. Also if anyone can suggest some good self help books that would be great.

I read it. Feel free to ask me any questions about it. I think the biggest takeaway from this kind of literature is that basic premise that nice guys fail to prioritize their own happiness.
What exactly are you trying to help yourself with?
Reading is a great way to introduce yourself to new ideas, which may help you find answers in your own life by changing your attitudes and behaviors. But don't get carried away into thinking that you can read yourself to contentment.
Edit: PM me if you have a question a out the book, since my visits to the forum are otherwise usually limited to weekends lately.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Models: how to attract owmen with honesty by Mark Manson
No More Mr. Nice Guy by Dan Glover
Mr. Unavailable and the fallback girl (this book is also applicable to men who fall for emotionally unavailable women)
How to set boundaries (I think that's what this one is called)
These 4 books are really helping me change around my life right now.

I always wondered about self help books. You see if I wrote one than it would be to help me, that's why they're called self help. Now my issues could never be the same as someone elses so my help wouldn't help them would it? That why we have freinds, to talk things over; I really wouldn't get anything out of someone self help book other than they helped themselves, and made some money selling books! The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Basically really need to work on my confidence and self esteem. I thought the "Nice Guys Finish Last Book" would be good because in my last relationship I was in she basically walked all over me.Originally posted by ThirdArm View PostI read it. I second jelqman on this recommendation:Originally posted by ne0natas View PostBasically really need to work on my confidence and self esteem. Don't let yourself fall victim to over-theorizing to the extent that you waste time and procrastinate from acting.Originally posted by jelqman View PostModels: how to attract women with honesty by Mark Manson
For starters, do some pro-ne0natas things. Get your diet/exercise on track and improve yourself in other selfish arenas.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
