Exactly what you've already said, they don't play games, they also aren't interested in a relationship with you. Let them know you find them attractive, smile at them, whatever you would normally do to show interest. If they respond then go for it, if they aren't interested then move on, they aren't going to appreciate a young boy bugging them, they may like to play a little hard to get and will enjoy the flattery of a young stud chasing them a little, but they will be pretty transparent about their interest.

Maybe mid 30's early 40's? This is my life. Don't want to be the kid who goes to Disneyland, sees the roller coaster and wants to ride it. But gets scared and doesn't ride it and then spends ages and ages or maybe even their life wondering what it would be like to ride that roller coaster. I'm not that kid - never gone to Disneyland, have been on a few coasters though, love them. I know, not the same thing but you get the drift.
