I started out with 150 overhand jelqs in the morning and 150 overhand jelqs in the evening Mon thru Fri. I addEd 25 jelqs to my morning and eving routine at the beginning of each weekly routine. If the week was challenging (felt discomfort) I don't increase the number of jelqs on Mon. Stay with last week number until you adjust comfortably. I started a 10 min daily stretching routine Mon-Fri after my first month.

I reconditioned myself by giving up porn and masterbating. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I try to have sex only on the weekend on my off days but if my wife wants me during the week, I won't turn her down. I stay hydrated, eat right, take a multivitamin, and stopped drinking.
