I work off a 6 day cycle that follows:
Mon- Tues : extender use (been six hours but I have been adding time), stretches, jelqs and finish with the Bathmate in that order.

Wed - just x4 extender use

Thur - fri : same as Monday and Tuesday.

Sat - : day off

Then start the cycle again.

I have been working on the tunica ( at least I think I am) the last few days by changing the angle I use on the extender.
