1. 12 minutes of the bathmate to get ready for extender. Light vacuum.
2. 11 hours, thats right 11 hours of extender use. 1st 4 hours medium tension followed by an hour with the longest x4 rods. Next 5 hours medium tension with the medium rods but I did twist them out pretty far. Last hour heavy tension with the longest rods and twisted them way out. After I was done my dick was super floppy and no fluid buildup.
3. Stretches for 8 minutes in the hot water of my bath tub. Straight out to left, center, right and crank, ditto for behind towards butt, straight up, and straight down.
4. Then I followed the routine from Penomet even though I have a Bathmate Hercules. The workout was Bathmate maximum vacuum for five minutes followed by 5 minutes of jelqing. Here is the routine from the Penomet website:

The excercise I followed is on page 7 and 8. I also followed the instructions on page 6 (pulling on the device but I added some kegels as well) for the part of the middle and all of the last set of the Bathmate sessions. I did take 30 second breaks during the Bathmate workouts, the pulling of the device part.
It was an awesome routing and I am hanging very well.
