1. Did 10 hours of x4 stretcching. 4 hours at medium tension, two hour break then 6 more hours of medium tension.

2. 25 minutes of stretching in various directions did roughly 30 seconds on each pull. Pulled to the right, left, center and twirls going straight up, down, out and towards the rear end.

3. 25 minutes of jelqing with a few uli's.
