Started the day with a vegetable smoothie, VigRX, SemEnhance, Semenax.
1. Warmed up for 20 minutes with a rice sock.
2. 500 light side to side stretches.
3. Warm down with rice sock for 15 minutes.
Took a couple of hours for a break.
4. Warm up for 5 minutes with rice sock then
5. 15 minutes of jelqing.
6. 4 hours of extending very light tension. Used the 1 and 1/2 inch bars.
Had morning wood but was not as strong as usual. I likely overtrained so I am taking it easy in my workout. In fact I think I will not work it out as intensly --in addition to now taking two rest days-- to see if I gain more consistently and have better hard-ons.
