I haven’t been posting anything on here but I have been doing my PE. Today marks the end of my first 90 days. This is my fourth try but it’s my first time being successful. This time, instead of following the JP90 or someone else’s advice on what I should do, I created my own routine. It’s extremely basic but through it I’ve been able to gain a whole inch in length!
I have pictures attached for the people that want proof (I know some of you won’t be happy with the pictures since there isn’t a ruler. Get over it. I can see and feel the difference and that’s what matters).
I kept my routine very basic with only jelqs, kegels and edging for the first two months. In the third month, I added stretches. I’ve kept an entire log for my exercises so if enough people are curious about it, I’ll be more than happy to post it.
I still can’t believe PE worked! It’s been a great first 90 days and I hope that the next 90 are even better!
