Any sport or exercise in which you have to use diaphragm to tighten/push your pelvic floor muscles helps in premature ejaculation. It actually strengthens the reverse kegal muscles naturally and with more force.
The simplest form is when you try lifting something heavy from ground, you actually tighten your diaphragm and push it on the pelvic floor etc., the intensity depends directly on the force which you apply to lift the object.
Squats is another simple exercise and you can do it several times a day. Simply start with a sit ... stand ... sit ... stand kind of exercise. You don't need to focus on muscle stretching etc., it automatically uses and builds the right muscles.
It takes just 2 minutes to do a set of 30 squats or so and you can do it several times a day and you don't need any special arrangements or equipment. It is kind of folk exercise.
