I've started with MeCoach training, after failing to keep up my routine for longer than 2 weeks.
My starting stats are:
BPEL: 17,5cm // 6,8in
EG: 14,8cm // 5,8in
My wishes:
BPEL: 20cm // 8in (or a cm more, that'd be great)
EG: 16cm // 6,3in
So I'm an inch away lengthwise and half an inch away with girt.
I'm on jelq free routine with added erect kegels and starts and stops at the end.
Today's routine:
Warmup under hot shower for 5-10min
13 squeezes
170 sides to sides
12 erect kegels
start-stop 20min

Warmup with hot towel
14 squeezes
185 side to sides
13 erect kegels
Today i'm going to gf's place so I'll be putting starts and stops into action.
