The CDN's (content delivery network) SSL certificate has expired. Your browser sees that and refuses to load the images/styles from the CDN hence the fucked-up view. So you basically receive the layout and some basic styles from pegym.com (whose certificate has not expired yet) but the rest you need to get from the CDN. Those of you who have the resources cached are fine because you don't refer to the CDN.
You can (at your own risk of course) allow the browser to download content from the CDN even though it's 'insecure'. To do this just try pasting link to any resource in the adress bar of your browser. It will warn you that you are trying to access insecure page and will ask you if you wish to continue or not. Do continue. Then just reload pegym and you are done.
Same thing happened last year around Xmas if I recall correctly so I guess they renew their certificate on annual basis.
