Hi Everyone,
I'm tired of doing Kegels at work and having to count '1 Mississippi, 2 mississippi etc' in my head whilst trying to work. So I've created a tool that lets you secretly do kegels at work, it also times and counts them for you. It's just something that I knocked up quickly for my own use but I thought that I would share it.
How to use it:
Optionally re-name and put it in your startup folder.
When it is run for the first time a configuration box will appear. This will ask for the number of kegels that you want to do in a set, the length of the kegels and the delay between the kegels.
You can also set various key combinations which will start (Alt-PE), stop (Alt S) and pause (Alt Q - near Alt Tab for sneaky exit.) You can also open the configuration window with (Alt PC.) All of these can be changed.
When you are kegeling a small icon will be shown in the task area which will tell you when to start your kegel, stop your kegel and how many kegels you have done. This is hidden when the application is stopped or paused.
You might notice that configuration dialog sometimes is not shown on top but it is shown in the task bar, this will be fixed at some point. It has only been tested on windows 7 but it should also work on XP and Vista. In Windows 7 / Vista you might have to tell windows not to hide the icon (right click on the task area and go to customize.)
The full source code is included - please keep my credit in the about box.
Happy kegeling!
Joe

Just can't bring myself to do it ....
... plus, while the same principle is the same, it caters to the woman. I'd like to see one out there that's more from the males perspective ...
