I'm wired up right now
happy as heck. I flexed in the mirror and my bicep is looking BIG! YEAAAAAAA i'm growing! I'm so happy. My traps aren't growing though. Maybe I'm not isolating them enough LOL! Shoulders are definitely getting wider though. Doing some Do-to-fail reps with heavy weights. My bicep curls, I'm almost able to do 3 sets back to back (10-8-6) without failing. started at a certain weight that was causing me to fail, and now I'm almost able to do all three sets. hammer shoulder press machine I Did it all the way though without problem this time, even added 2 to the last set of 6 to make 10-8-8 with the same weight i used last time. I'm getting Stronger!w00t!!!!!
weight is fluctuating between 228 and 235lbs. most of the time when i step on the scale, i'm 230-233lbs. this would concern me but I'm also seeing muscle popping up in my physique so i'm cool with it.
When i started this blog i was in a good mood, now I'm in an okay mood. I'm getting annoyed from all sides LOL! it's taken me 3 hours to write this!
