
Went to the Gym, getting my sexy on, but there's so many mirrors and I HATE what I see when I'm walking around. I look so jiggly LOL! oh well. jiggly fat is the good kind, that's the kind that's easy to lose. Cracked the 7mile point on the bike. 32 minutes another 7.5 run
It's that pinnacle section that kills me. I have to slow down to allow my heart rate to come down. I'll get up to 175bpm pretty fast in that major uphill section... i've pushed myself but and beyond but I'm scared to go past 180bpm. when i've lost myself in the whole thing I'm normally around 177 or 176bpm. My heart is racing at that point, kinda feels out of control. dunno what that means. I try to stay in the 140-160 BPM range.Anyway, Doing well on the big. Feeling Good, lots of stress relief, but i didn't have anything bad i wanted to think about today, so It was kinda hard to be "driven" on the bike. I tried to find things to get mad about but I couldn't at the time, LOL!
Either way, Weight training and cardio... I realize this isn't a quick fix. i have to keep telling myself. I'm not going to see "results" i just have to keep doing it like I was doing PE. not going to see results right away, just stick with it for the long haul. LOL!
Other than that... Life continues on as we know it!

OMG there were sooo many Big frigging dudes there. Not cool big, just "swole" body guard style. I wasn't happy
