but my thoughts are trying to bring me down. Not gonna let'em! LOL just heard that t.A.T.u song "Not gonna get us" in my brain...Anyway, Got dangerously close to 8 miles (7.75) by 33minutes. did just a hair over 7.5 by the time 32 minutes came and went! Am i really getting faster? Is that possible? is my endurance really building up? I know i was having lots of trouble in the pinnacle section REALLY tough, i'd have to do blasts and slow down to get my heart rate back into check. I did let it get out of control on purpose. hit 178 before It started falling again without me doing anything different. I guess that's just about my highest heart rate.
Feeling better as I recollect all my progress
. Think I'm going to make this a day off from PE. I could definitely feel all the stretching I had yesterday well after the fact. Going to let him rest. I did have a nice squishy pliable flaccid this morning though... very long too. Felt great
