
Anyway, to the point, hit the gym and pushed but backed off, on the bike. didn't even hit 7 miles this time inside of 30 minute. I pushed too hard too soon i guess. Oh well, while lifting my heart rate just kept shooting off the charts. I had to call it quits early. dunno what's going on. I'm a little saddened by it all the way around, but it's just one day. Just one bad day, you can't have all good days
.Did some lunges with 50 extra lbs. really worked my quads, I was going to do calves but i knew I'd rock my legs a little too much if I did that. did some core too, Weighted situps (light weight) I probably shouldn't do too many weighted situps in case I make my ab muscles too big to give me the lean look I want. i wore a normal T-shirt today. I wore a workout shirt yesterday i got Christmas and the lights in the Gym accentuated certain parts I didn't find flattering so I won't wear that shirt again until i can make it look "sexy"
Oh well, it's not a quick fix and one bad day won't stop my progress

I don't log too much my PE because I'm just kind of doing it in tandem with my Workout. but I've been pumping. Probably 2 sessions a day with a day off... so I guess randomly 2 days on 1 off or 2 off depending on how my penis feels. i know girth work is important to let it rest. Guess I should let it rest for the rest of the week.
Definitely looooving the expansion i get from pumping. I'm pumping about 3-5inHG for about 5 minutes and then push it up to 8-10inHg for like 3-5 seconds then drop it back down to 4-ish inHG and maintain 3-5 inHg for another 5 minutes. Then take it out, jelq and stretch a bit flop it around, then edge for about 3-5 minutes, then go for a second round. in the tube. with the same settings 3-5inHG as I try to maintain the pressure. then up to 8 inHg for 3-5 seconds ever couple of minutes until I hit 10 minutes. I can really feel the stretch after about 18 minutes. Trying to maintain an erection is definitely difficult though. i want to keep the blood flow in there good.
