I keep psyching myself out! LOL I see how far I am and i can't gauge how much time i haveleft so I begin to think i'm "dogging it" when I'm really right on schedule. I pushed through the pinnacle only needing to slow down twice. I did get up to 179bpm before it started falling back down without my intervention. I didn't change speed or anything, i just looked at it, it crept up to 178 then 179 then 178 then 177... So yea, I guess that's my max BPM. knowing that now, I wonder what I should do. I want to keep getting faster through the section, but I don't want to lose momentum due to over speeding of my heart, oh well... i'll figure it out.

hit 7.16 just into 7.17 as I hit 30 minutes. then I ended up doing 7.56 miles by 32 minutes and 7.8 (better than the 7.75) miles before my heartrate got back to high normal (130-ish). Incrementally better I think

the downside is that I'm going backwards in my Curls ... I couldn't even do the second set of 8 Bicep curls at the same weight i'd been doing. (10-8-6)... Don't know what happened there but definitely tried again because i only got to 6 before I couldn't do anything else. then when I tried again, I only got to 5... I was disappointed to say the least. LOL! damn biceps! Get on your grind, you pansies.

did more weighted crunches but set the weight lower. only 20-30 lbs. did tricep stuff.. and i'm seriously neglecting my legs... I should work on those if I want to reach my "Professional Goal" as some may already know what that is, LOL! I'll get around to them I don't mind being Johnny Bravo for a while though, lol!

No PE today, Did 2 pump sessions with Jelqs and Stretches Yesterday. definitely well worked. Still feeling it today a little. No girth changes, and I'm not expecting there to be. it's only been like a week or so. Length is going up though for some reason. Ugh, I gain length so much easier than I do girth, this is so no fair!
