In a great mood! got my stuff taken care of, and hit the Gym at 2AM... Such a nice feelings. I ended up only going 16 minutes on the bike. Felt good enough to go through my weight training. I went pretty forking far. I did 4 miles in about 12 minutes. on my way to a strong 7+ mile finish by 30 minutes but I felt fatigue setting in which started to get my heartrate up way too high too early. watching TV brings my heartrate down, surprisingly.
anyway, Did a "bicep blaster" routine i saw on a website. arms are gummy. and I did the Shoulder press machine... WOW!!!! i've gone up in weight! did 10lbs more per arm than I had been doing before and was able to push'em out. and get'em done without much trouble. Threw up some bench Presses. Pushed up the old 130 like it was nothing, until I hit 11 reps then I started to feel it LOL! did 12 and put it away, tried it again and did 5 before I felt it again. put it away. Tried one more time and did 2 before I gave up. used a specific bar on the triceps and felt them REALLY isolated so I'm happy about there. Massively worked them they're good and sore. Feeling like a short chubby Gumby right now... Happy enough to slide across the floor too... All I need now is a red horse with bell-bottomed legs

Music comes to mind whenever I'm really happy. I guess life really does mimic music. LOL!
