By the end/downhill section that i usually go full throttle at (imagining the last dash of a race) I closed my eyes and pushed pretty hard, and it was pretty easy pedaling, compared to the summit run and pinnacle sections. Ended up... at.... 7.27 MILEs! it rolled into 7.28 as I went into the cool down section. and i forgot to meter it back.. so islowed way down for about 30 seconds. trying to get my heartrate back under control it was at a solid but controlled 180bpm... weird. i realized i was supposed to keep going so I picked it back up just enough to allow my heart rate to gradually settle down and by 32 minutes I'd gone 7.75 miles!! JEA!!!
I officially did 8.07 before my heartrate came down to 131 and I got off the bike... Eclipsed the 8 mile mark!... I feel like I need to shout "Goal" like Andres Cantor LOL!!!

I went into the weight room feeling good but my upper body was still sore from a couple days ago so i decided to do lower body. I very mildly twisted my knee a while back and aggravated it while trying to do squats. so I did some leg curls and some bicep curls. Some shrugs and some Lawnmowers. also did a reverse butterfly with the freeweights. It was nice work for my back
