I haven't been keeping updated. Was under the gun for a lot of things. I managed to work out a few days.

I definitely want to go to the Gym tonight/this morning but inclement weather is holding me back, a bit.

I had a really good day at the gym wow a day or two ago. been kinda depressed lately too, so That's also a hang up. I think it's because I didn't go to the gym yesterday or today. I think.

Meh, I haven't kept up with it. I definitely need to focus again.


Just checked. I went to the Gym Saturday Evening because I was getting restless and depressed. Guess I really need to hit the Gym. I skipped Sunday AND monday. :-/ no wonder I'm sleeping so much and feeling weird.

Gained a lot of weight too. No noticeably, just stepped on the scale and I'm all the way back to where I started... Granted that's with a full belly and at the end of the day. LOL!
