didn't go yesterday... Decided to take a day off, Went at it hard this morning. Woke up and it was a lot later than I expected it to be... 7am... OMG the gym was packed... And there was this one dude so inconsiderate just sat on a machine doing nothing for 20 minutes then when he did move he was hacking, coughing and sneezing all over everything... DUDE! gross... and when he got up he didn't even sanitize the damn thing. I swear to bob... then he had the audacity to go talk to a girl LMAO she blew him off hard, I just did my shoulder presses and went on about my merry way.

did my bicep curls. I'd been noticing I was right in the normal range for bicep curls, More than some guys and about average for most guys there... then I see this dude curling an untold amount of weight for no reason. and he didn't look big at all... GRRRR this is why i come early in the morning. People showing off.

I did well enough of the bike. i think i did 7.15 on the bike in 30 minutes. not a bad distance... I guess averaging 14 mph isn't World Land Speed breaking but it's good enough for government work. definitely getting enough of a workout to justify it LOL!

I ate like a pig yesterday, it was really creepy, Every couple of hours I was hungry. I tried to keep it Lean and clean, but i just kept eating LOL! I think I ate at least 6 times yesterday based solely on me being hungry. Tried to keep my portion sizes under control but dagnabbit! I was hungry!

I'm feeling okay. Didn't sleep that well last night but it's all good. Wide awake and "Up and At'em"

I'm pretty sure that what's slowing my progress down is my diet. I have a friends that's a dietician and I'm hoping that she'll help me figure something out.
