I weighed myself a while back and I was 228 after eating with all my clothes on... if I don't let myself get discouraged I'll Keep MOVING!
to be clear. Clothes usually push me 5-7lbs over my actual weight (i wear thick clothes?... no my clothes are just huge LOL!)
Oddly enough, whenever I'm weighed by an outside source, I weigh less than I originally assume. Maybe my scale is off... dunno, When I was 233-236 no clothes on my scale, I weighed myself at my friends house. That scale being electronic, zero'd out first then read 235.4 and I had on 2 layers of clothes and my shoes... If that's the case I would have really been 228 then.
Nice to know I'm still moving, even though it feels like I'm not doing anything. I have to stay dedicated! I want this!
I've done my PE off and on too... I've been pumping for about 20 minutes a session and try to get 2 in a day, on the days that I actually do it. 20 minutes the first session and maybe later in the day I'll do a 10-15 minute session at 4inHG. with short bursts up to 8-10inHG for 5-10 seconds.
I've gotta get to GTO/Hockey size LMAO! *sigh*... those guys are so lucky
