Haven't been to the gym in nearly 2 weeks... I think my membership has lapsed as well.

This is really disheartening. I hate that I'm so scattered when the semester starts! i want this like you can't believe, but I also am battling my own demons of "Procrastination" So getting work done and trying to actually have a "life" while staying in the gym and doing work is difficult. Granted I could have gone when I woke up just now... hmmm I should go, but I have to finish a project for tonight so I'm probably just going to wait.

I'm not sad enough about missing the gym... Maybe if I beat myself up some more I'll go... In fact, I want to, but I don't want to renew my membership. UGH! what is going on?! finding reasons not to go...

how about I just be honest... "I don't want to go right now"... I don't want to pay that money to renew my membership and I don't want to tire myself out before a major presentation tonight, and have to drive a really long ways home, risking being too tired to drive and kill myself. I don't want to go...

It's been two weeks, and I'm starting to see some "reversal" of my progress. I'm trying to really monitor what I'm eating but I've been eating like crap the last week. I'm in an environment where i'm encouraged to do so... Gotta get outta here! It's kinda like my people want to see me fail. It's not that, they just don't know how and don't CARE to eat right.

I'm going to continue with my bananas and PB sandwhiches, though I noticed there's only white bread. going to go buy a loaf of wheat bread as I noticed that actually does metabolize a lot better than white bread. I didn't think it made a difference but I'm not as regular when i eat sandwhiches with white as I am with wheat... Either way, oh well...


Pumped a few days ago... was 5.5" in girth all that day and some before, now I'm 5.25 and maybe 5.375 MSEG.. It's REALLY annoying... It seems as though I'm NEVER going to gain any girth. I think I really need some help or I need to ease my pumping. It just seems like it's doing nothing at 4inHg i run it at 4inHg then at 5 with small bursts up to high pressures. I'm going to let it rest for another few days. Probably start on another persons pumping routine instead of my own. Length is still going up, girth is not following.well it's not "Going up" per se, it's back around to 8.75" on average. Oh well... Just kind of annoying I'm not making any real progress on girth.

The only thing i want at this point LOL! REALLY need some help on figuring out what I'm doing wrong.
