I ate really late last night (and bad, McDonald's! nooooO!) and I jumped on the scare (scale) this morning to my surprise it read 225. O_o.... 225? I expected it to be 232 based on my eating habits of the last few days. To my defense I've been eating snacks (Bananas and Apples) a lot, So I'm sure that's helping with the weight fluctuations.

Work is definitely my helper to exercise. I did 50lbs weighted crunches at the Gym without stretching and felt it for a few days afterward. the problem was I worked the day after, so 4 days later I still felt those crunches LOL! I'm all better now, and wanting to go back to the Gym and make it happen!

225lbs and I was BAD?! this is looking good! My Definition is... not improving, sadly, but i am getting smaller. Call it my Cutting phase... Problem is Instead of a Scalpel i need Scythe LOL!

Anyway, I'm working on it. Slowly but surely. I'm sticking with my plans! I want this!

I kinda want to be able to be considered (even if i don't do it) to be an underwear model... That would be nice... to be the face on the packages of "draw's" you see at Target or something LOL!
