he himself beat a terminal illness... we both were kind of pudgers as kids, but he was smaller than me. Our lives diverged and he became this super hot guy, and I... well... didn't!

With his treatment, he lost his "hotbody" he thinks. He's worked to getting it back in shape and now is back to "underwear model" level. He's told me some pointers and things that i need to do to help me. He had issues with his gastrointestinal system which caused his need to eat certain things and that helped him with his body...

He did, however, use creatine and testosterone boosters to get back the muscle mass lost, but at the end of the day, the results speak for themselves! he said he only used 10 and 35lbs dumbells. I think i could do what he says...

Cardio every other day. 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh currently, daily. and then something else. I was making great strides just using my 30s and 15s and jumping on the bike.

Ok, so yea... I really need to get this back in gear. I haven't been in the gym for more than a month. Actually it may be a month and a half. I've been really messed up with my scholastic issues as well as work issues. Trying my best not to procrastinate has been paying off a bit, but it's still a lot of work! I'm ragged!

Anyway, So I've been really bad... eating horribly, not exercising, and I've gained weight... up to 230lbs steady . Really disheartening. I'd tried to continue working to get the exercise necessary to burn the calories, but what's happening is that it's not enough for the crap I'd been eating. going back to "Sticks and leaves" that my family calls it. Screw them, I'd prefer not to die in my 50s :-/

Going to pass on the "Additives" for now. Probably should just not Protobate, but that's really difficulte given the stress i'm under! *sigh* Just try to continue eating the proteins and veggies and fruits that i've been eating thusfar. Trying to stay diligent! I will beat the fat! Still a good few pounds down so I'm not completely behind but I'm not moving forward.
